As a Sales Manager for GRT, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on identifying and targeting potential clients within the mid-sized and enterprise level of manufacturing industry. This role requires a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, an established network in the industry, and a proven track record of closing deals.
No agencies, headhunters, or placement firms please.
The preferred location is Los Angeles, CA or Pittsburgh, PA but highly qualified remote candidates will also be considered. The potential of up to 50% travel in the future as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Strong understanding of the small to mid-sized manufacturing industry and associated sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation is a plus
- Willingness to travel
